PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely perform the label rewriting of a feed device 40 by introducing a radio receivable label device 50 while achieving the marked enhancement of efficiency.SOLUTION: The label device 50, wherein electronic paper 51, a built-in electronic circuit 52 and a radio receiving part 53 are integrated, is mounted on the feed device 40. If there is a medicine, it is charged in the feed device 40 but, at the time of absence of the medicine, dispensation machines 22-25 issuing the information of medicine absence 57 in place of the charging of the medicine are allowed to face the feed passage of a feed device sending mechanism 11 and a writing command for displaying the information of medicine absence 57 on the electronic paper 51 in a visually readable mode is transmitted to the label device 50 by radio.
