PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit leakage of a matching liquid in a device for obtaining information on the interior of a specimen by measuring an acoustic wave transmitted from the specimen.SOLUTION: An acoustic wave measurement device includes a holding member for holding a specimen which is a part of a subject a probe unit disposed opposite to the specimen through the holding member to receive an acoustic wave from the specimen in each position of movement along the holding member and supply means for supplying a matching liquid between the holding member and the probe unit.
