The present invention relates to a sealing and filling system for a medical solution bag. More specifically, the medical solution bag is manufactured by preparing a pre-bag with an opened portion at the upper side, injecting a medical solution through the opened portion, and then sealing the opened portion with a sealing member. Therefore, a bag preparation process and a medical solution injection process can be consecutively performed in one production facility.
