Grain and chaff separated from the threshing drum assembly are sent to a fallen material port at the lower end of the hopper by means of the left and right grain-conveying helices, fall through the fallen material port into the outgoing air pipe, enter the grain/chaff separating apparatus via the outgoing air pipe due to the air blowing and are automatically selected by winnowing, grain is conveyed to a grain outlet to be bagged via a screw conveyor at the bottom of the grain/chaff separating apparatus, and chaff will be discharged out of a chaff outlet under the effect of the air.
