Conditioning composition comprising a quaternary conditioning surfactant, an acid neutralized amidoamine surfactant of general formula: R1-C(O)-NH-R2-N(R3)(R4) wherein R1 is a fatty acid chain with from 12 to 22 carbon atoms, R2 is an alkylene group containing from one to 4 carbon atoms and R3 and R4 are, independently, an alkyl group having from one to four carbon atoms and from 0.45 to 4% wt. of the composition lactic acid.Linvention concerne une composition de conditionnement comprenant un tensioactif de conditionnement quaternaire, un tensioactif contenant des amidoamines neutralisées à lacide de formule générale : R1-C(O)-NH-R2-N(R3)(R4), dans laquelle R1 est une chaîne dacide gras contenant 12 à 22 atomes de carbone, R2 est un groupe alkylène contenant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone et R3 et R4 sont, de manière indépendante, un groupe alkyle présentant un à quatre atomes de carbone et 0,45 à 4% en poids de lacide lactique de la composition.
