The present invention relates to a method for producing neutral emulsion made of crocodile oil and neutral emulsion of crocodile oil produced by the same. More specifically, the method for producing neutral emulsion includes the steps of: preparing pre-emulsion by preparing and heating an emulsifier and crocodile oil to maintain the material temperatures of 75-85°C for the emulsifier and the crocodile oil, inserting the emulsifier and the crocodile oil into a pre-mixer with the diameter of 5-20 cm, and firstly mixing and dispersing the emulsifier, the crocodile oil, and the pre-mixer at an agitation speed of 150-250 rpm for 10-20 minutes while the emulsifier, the crocodile oil, and the pre-mixer are heated inserting the prepared pre-emulsion and purified water, heated to maintain the material temperature of 75-85°C, into a homo-mixer with the diameter of 5-20 cm and secondly mixing the pre-emulsion and the purified water at an agitation speed of 2,500~3,500 rpm for 5-20 minutes while the temperature is maintained to be 75~85°C and transferring the emulsion obtained in the second mixing step into a collector and then cooling the emulsion at room temperature.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 악어오일로 구성된 중성 에멀젼의 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조되는 악어오일 중성 에멀젼에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 악어오일 중성 에멀젼 제조방법에 있어서,유화제(emulsfier)를 품온을 75~85℃를 유지하도록 가열하여 준비하고, 악어오일(Crocodile Oil)의 품온을 75~85℃를 유지하도록 가열하여 준비한 다음, 상기 유화제와 악어오일을 직경 5~20㎝의 프리믹서(Pre-mixer)에 투입하고 온도 75~85℃를 유지하도록 가열하면서 교반속도 150~250rpm으로 10~20분간 1차 혼합하여 잘 분산시켜 프리-에멀젼(pre-emulsion)을 준비하는 단계상기 준비된 프리-에멀젼과, 품온 75~85℃를 유지하도록 가열된 정제수를 직경 5~20㎝의 호모믹서(Homo-mixer)에 투입하고, 온도 75~85℃를 유지하도록 가열하면서 교반속도 2,500~3,500rpm으로 5~20분간 2차 혼합하여 에멀젼화 하는 단계 및 상기 2차 혼합에서 얻어진 에멀젼을 포집기에 옮겨 넣고, 상온에서 냉각하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 악어오일 중성 에멀젼 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조되는 악어오일 중성 에멀젼이 개시된다.
