A waist-fuming cover, comprising: a waist-wrapping cloth (1), a steam-dispensing case (2), an annular padding (3), and a strap (4). The waist-wrapping cloth (1) is provided with ventilation holes (5). The annular padding (3) is arranged at the front side of the waist-wrapping cloth (1). The steam-dispensing case (2) is arranged at the rear side of the waist-wrapping cloth (1). The ventilation holes (5) are arranged within the ring of the annular padding (3). The steam-dispensing case has arranged at the bottom part thereof a steam connector (6), which comprises a water collecting cylinder (7) and a steam connection tube (8). The annular padding (3), the waist-wrapping cloth (1), and human waist surface (10) constitute therebetween a closed fuming-steaming-type chamber (11). When in use, steam enters the steam-dispensing case (2) via the steam connection tube (8) of the steam connector (6), then enters the fuming-steaming-type chamber (11) from the steam-dispensing case (2) via the ventilation holes (5).
