The knee cover (1) and the steam-dispensing cover (2), the upper sealing padding (3) and the lower sealing padding (4) are connected together. The knee cover (1) is provided with ventilation holes (6). The ventilation holes (6) are in communication with the steam-dispensing cover (2). The upper sealing padding (3) and the lower sealing padding (4) are arranged at the front side of the knee cover (1). The steam-dispensing cover (2) is arranged at the rear side of the knee cover (1). The hook-and-loop fastener strap (5) is connected to the knee cover (1). The steam-dispensing cover (2) is provided with a steam connector (7). The upper sealing padding (3), the lower sealing padding (4), the knee cover (1), and the surface (8) of a human knee are utilized to constitute a closed fuming-steaming-type chamber (9). The ventilation holes (6) are in communication with the fuming-steaming-type chamber (9). The steam-dispensing cover (2) is provided with a water drainage connector (10). The water drainage connector (10) is connected to a water drainage case (11). The water drainage case (11) is utilized to collect condensed water of the steam-dispensing cover (2).
