Disclosed herein is a pneumatic dental dispenser, comprising: a cylinderhaving a cylinder body, aretainer cap, a cartridge, an extrusion tip, and an applicator tip, thecylinder including at least onepneumatically actuated plunger rod disposed within the cylinder body, whereinthe cartridge isconnected to the extrusion tip via a spur on the cartridge that locks into ahole in a side of theextrusion tip, the applicator tip connected to a distal end of the extrusiontip, the cartridge beingpartially positioned within the cylinder body, the cartridge being rotatablewithin the cylinder bodyfrom a first orientation to a second orientation, wherein, in the secondorientation, a barrel of thecartridge is aligned with the plunger rod, and wherein the retainer cap issecured to the cylinder bodythereby locking the cartridge and extrusion tip in place between the cylinderbody and the retainercap, the retainer cap being engaged with the extrusion tip such that the actof securing the retainercap to the cylinder body simultaneously rotates the cartridge connected to theextrusion tip from thefirst orientation to the second orientation.
