The present invention relates to a burdock peeler, the peeler comprising: a cylindrical base frame having a hollow structure with opened upper and lower portions a casing having a cylindrical shape with opened upper and lower portions and having a lower portion integrally formed with the upper portion of the base frame a cover opening/closing the opened upper part of the casing and having a central portion in which a burdock input hole is formed and a pair of peeling members which include a fixed piece provided on the inner circumferential edge of the casing, a support having one end portion inserted into the fixed piece so as not to be detached and the other end portion extending from the fixed piece toward the center of the casing, a peeling blade provided on the end portion of the support, and a tension spring interposed between the fixed piece and the peeling blade while the support is inserted therein, the peeling members being disposed at a position so as to facing each other. Thus, burdocks can be peeled in great quantities regardless of the diameters thereof, the peeled outer skins are separately collected in the outer skin disposal box, and washing water is naturally discharged to the outside, and therefore there is an effect of realizing a clean peeling process.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 우엉 탈피기에 관한 것으로, 상부 및 하부가 개방된 중공 구조를 갖는 원통 형상의 베이스 프레임과 상부 및 하부가 개방된 중공 구조를 갖는 원통 형상으로써, 하부가 베이스 프레임의 상부와 일체로 형성된 케이싱과 상기 케이싱의 개방된 상부를 개폐하며, 중심 부분에 우엉 투입구가 형성된 커버와 상기 케이싱의 내주연에 제공된 고정편과, 일단부가 상기 고정편에 이탈되지 않도록 장입되어 있으며 타단부는 상기 고정편으로부터 상기 케이싱의 중심 방향으로 연장된 지주와, 상기 지주의 단부에 제공된 탈피날과, 상기 지주가 삽입되어 있으며 상기 고정편과 상기 탈피날에 개재된 인장 스프링을 갖으며, 각기 마주보는 위치에 한 쌍이 설치된 탈피 부재로 구성됨으로써, 우엉의 직경에 무관하게 우엉을 대량 탈피할 수 있으며, 탈피된 외피는 외피 투기함에 별도로 수집되고 세척수는 외부로 자연 배수되기 때문에 청결한 탈피 공정을 구현할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
