PURPOSE: A persimmon peeling device having a stem end part peeler is provided to peel the skin of the stem end area of a persimmon immediately after the completion of removing the outer skin and the stem end of the persimmon. CONSTITUTION: A rotating unit(16) is installed on the upper one side of a frame(12) for the stem end area of a persimmon(14) to stick into a spindle(32) connected to a motor(28) of the rotating unit which is provided with rotary power. A pressurizer(18) pressurizes and supports the persimmon which sticks through a pressing unit(38) into the spindle(32). The skin peeler(20) uses a skin peeling blade(56) on the end of a skin peeling arm(48) to remove the skin of the stem end of the persimmon(14). The stem end peeler uses a removal blade on the end part of the skin peeling arm. A stem end area peeler(26) which peels the stem end area of the persimmon is mounted on the periphery of the pressurizer. The stem end area peeler is composed of a guide tube； a driving shaft which is installed on the guide tube to be idly rotatable and to be rotated by a return spring and a lever(76)； and a cutting blade(74) which is installed on the end part of the driving shaft.본 발명은 배꼽부 탈피기를 갖는 감 탈피장치에 관한 것으로, 모터(28)에 의해 회전하는 스핀들(32)을 통하여 감(14)을 회전시켜 주는 회전수단(16)과, 가압자(38)를 통하여 스핀들(32)에 꽂힌 감(14)을 가압지지하는 가압기(18)와, 회전수단(16)의 스핀들(32) 인근에서 감(14)의 꼭지부 표면을 제거해 주도록 하는 표면제거기(20) 및 이 역시 회전수단(16)의 스핀들(32) 인근에서 감의 꼭지부를 제거해 주도록 하는 꼭지제거기(22)로 감 탈피장치를 구성하되, 상기 가압기(18) 인근에 안내관(68)으로부터 복귀스프링(72) 및 레버(76)에 의해 회전하는 작동축(70) 단부에 컷팅날(74)을 갖는 배꼽부 탈피기(26)를 부설하여 가압기(18)의 가압자(38)에 의해 가려진 배꼽부의 탈피작업까지도 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다.
