PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable user state information acquisition device capable of acquiring the position information and health information on a prescribed user only.SOLUTION: A vital sensor 100 to be a wearable user state information acquisition device acquires vein pattern information from a user, authenticates the user, and then acquires the health information and position information about the user. Since a state where the vital sensor 100 is worn by the user is maintained until the health information and the position information are acquired after the vein pattern information for authentication is acquired from the user, the health information and position information about the user can reliably be acquired.【課題】 所定の使用者のみの位置情報、健康情報を取得することができる装着型使用者状態情報取得装置の提供。【解決手段】 本発明に係る装着型使用者状態情報取得装置であるバイタルセンサ１００は、使用者から静脈パターン情報を取得し、使用者の認証を行った後、使用者に関する健康情報及び位置情報を取得する。使用者から認証のための静脈パターン情報を取得してから健康情報や位置情報を取得するまで、バイタルセンサ１００が使用者に装着された状態が維持されるため、確実に使用者に関する健康情報、位置情報を取得することができる。【選択図】 図１
