A pillow for stopping snoring which comprises a construction, a sensing device, and a deformation device is provided. Wherein, the construction is filled with an insert and thereby forms a containing chamber inside. The sensing device is collectively fixed in the containing chamber with the deformation device, and includes a processing unit, a microphone, and a pressure sensor. The aforementioned members of the sensing device are used to generate a controlling signal. The controlling signal is received by the deformation device, so that the deformation device may turn from a deflated state to an inflated state. The present invention provides an efficient solution to stop snoring by changing the shape of the pillow through the deformation device, and correspondingly change the user’s head gesture when lying on the pillow. The sensing device measures the sound and pressure signal to ensure that the deformation device works only when the user’s head is lying on the pillow.
