The present invention provides a dental implant including: a fixture implanted in the alveolar bone to form the artificial gum and an abutment, wherein the top portion thereof is combined with a prosthesis (crown or denture), and the bottom portion uses the elastic combined legs formed at the lower combined shaft portion to combine to the shaft hole of the fixture by the elastic bending and the restoring force along the vertical central axis direction of the abutment. The dental implant is characterized in that: an inclined surface of continuously decreasing toward the inner diameter of the lower shaft hole is formed from a position of the inner side surface of the shaft hole of the fixture, wherein a certain position of the inclined surface is provided with a first combination position which is constituted by the uneven portion of at least one combination groove recessed from the outside direction of facing the shaft hole, and the lower combination shaft of the abutment is provided with a first corresponding combination portion which is constituted by the combined protrusion relatively combined to the first combination portion formed at the fixture under the state of using the corresponding combination of the first combination portion and the first corresponding combination portion and the abutment being combined in the fixture, when the abutment rotates along the circumferential direction to make the first corresponding combination portion disengage from the first combination portion, the combined protrusion of the first corresponding combination portion uses the elastic rebound effect with the inclined surface of the inner side surface of the shaft hole of the fixture to lift the abutment from one side of the upward portion of the fixture, so as to automatically disengage the abutment from the fixture.
