The present invention relates to a dental implant that is formed by elastic coupling between a fixture and an abutment, the fixture being implanted in an alveolar bone to form an artificial dental root, a lower end portion of the abutment being coupled with the fixture, and an upper end portion of the abutment being coupled with a crown, in which an inclined surface is formed such that the inner diameter of an axial hole is continuously reduced downward from a certain position of an inside surface of the axial hole of the fixture, a first fastening portion formed as an uneven portion such as at least one fastening groove is provided along a circumferential direction of the axial hole at a certain position of the inclined surface, a first corresponding fastening portion formed as a fastening projection complementarily coupled with the first fastening portion of the fixture is formed in a lower fastening shaft portion of the abutment, and the fastening projection of the first corresponding fastening portion pushes the abutment upward from the fixture based on an elastic repulsion operation with respect to the inclined surface of the fixture axial hole inside surface and allows the abutment and the fixture to be automatically separated from each other when the first corresponding fastening portion deviates from the first fastening portion as a result of a circumferential rotation of the abutment in a state where the abutment is coupled inside the fixture because of the complementary coupling between the first fastening portion and the first corresponding fastening portion. According to the present invention, a patients alveolar bone is not impaired during the course of the separation of the abutment from the fixture.
