The present invention relates to a novel decursin derivative and a composition for preventing or treating an aging-related disease containing the same as an active ingredient. The novel decursin derivative shows excellent progerin expression inhibitory effect and progerin and lamin A binding inhibitory effect, and prolongs the survival period of an animal model in which progeria is induced.
