PURPOSE: A preparation method for an animal model of Achilles tendinopathy and an animal model prepared by the same method are provided to resemble the mechanism of human Achilles tendinopathy more closely compared with the current animal models, to raise the induction rate of chronic tendinopathy to nearly 100%, and to reduce the time spent in inducing chronic tendinopathy. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method for an animal model of Achilles tendinopathy comprises the steps of: inducing acute inflammation by damaging an Achilles' tendon； and preventing the Achilles' tendon from being cured by cage activity or forcible activity. The acute inflammation is induced by perforating the Achilles' tendon with an injector after palpating the Achilles' tendon. The acute inflammation is induced by partially or wholly exciding the Achilles' tendon after palpating the Achilles' tendon.본 발명은 아킬레스 건병증 동물 모형의 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법에 따라 제조된 동물 모형에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 아킬레스 건에 손상을 주어 급성 염증을 유발하는 단계； 및 상기 급성 염증이 유발된 동물을 강제로 운동시켜 아킬레스 건의 치유를 방해하는 단계를 포함하며, 이러한 동물 모형의 제조방법은 매우 간단하고 단기간 내에 건병증 유발율이 거의 100%에 이르며, 상기 제조방법에 따라 제조된 동물 모형은 종래의 모형보다 인간의 만성 건병증의 발생 기전에 더욱 가깝다는 장점이 있다.
