PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug delivery device which can reduce more patients burden.SOLUTION: A drug delivery device 1 includes: an insertion part 2 formed with an internal space 11 for storing a source of a drug and a release passage 12 for releasing the drug to the inside of a living body from the internal space 11, the insertion part 2 being to be inserted into the inside of the living body and a head part formed in the rear edge of the insertion part 2 and arranged outside the living cody.
