PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new dog droppings receiver which has a simple structure as much as possible, does away with complicated operation, and therefore can be manufactured easily inexpensively.SOLUTION: A frame includes: a bag suspension portion 11 made of a thin rod-like material or a narrow thin plate material having a minimum strength necessary for suspending a bag P accommodating the dog droppings S or more strength and having a closed ring shape having vertical and horizontal dimensions causing no trouble as the dog droppings receiver and an operation handle portion 12 protrusively extending by a predetermined length outward from the bag suspension portion, the position and the direction being controlled for the bag suspension portion 11 to be supported in good balance.
