PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pooper-scooper device in which a paper bag is attached to a receiver in the lower part of the end of its handle so that dog dirt can be easily catched without a sense of discomfort during dog walking.SOLUTION: A handle 1 includes a hand lever 2 and a stopper 3. The handle 1 is further provided with a tension wire 4, movable springs 5 and the handle 6. The paper bag 8 is attached to the receiver 7 at the end of the handle 6.
