With the purpose of providing patches which do not causephotodecomposition of drugs even when exposed to the direct raysof the sun and which exhibit satisfactory drug effects and areexcellent in physical properties and stability of pharmaceuticalpreparations, the invention provides a patch comprising apolyester substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layerformed on one surface of the substrate and containing anonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) wherein thesubstrate contains a hydroxyphenylbenzotriazole derivativerepresented by the general formula (1) :(see formula 1)wherein R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen or C1-8 alkyl；and X is halogen atom.
