A method for manufacturing the gelatinous seasoning particle-containing sauce includes: obtaining gelatinous seasoning particles by gelatinizing a taste component-containing liquid with use of gelatin and/or collagen peptide and mixing the gelatinous seasoning particles with a liquid sauce.
