PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remedial walking aid for gonarthrosis, a walking aid that can deal with flexural moment for pushing the knee inside and outside and that has little hindrance in bending/extending of the legs in walking.SOLUTION: In dealing with a flexural moment working on the knee joint part, there is adopted a "grommet type rotating mechanism 30" which holds a thigh part attachment 10 and a cruris attachment 20 and which enables the attachments to slide/rotate. Also, using the inside space of the grommet cylindrical part of the grommet type rotating mechanism, a flanged cylinder replaceably fitted, making different movement possible from the rotation of the grommet type rotating mechanism, and pressing the side of the knee joint with the flange of the flanged cylinder. Further, a freely replaceable interval holding component is provided in a gap between the grommet inner planar part and the flange of the flanged cylinder, so that, with development of the remedial correction, an auxiliary component can be continuously used by merely exchanging the interval holding component. In addition, for the purpose of dealing with the rotary system of rolling rotation of the knee joint, the shape of the inner diameter equivalent of the grommet cylindrical part of the grommet type rotating mechanism is made an elliptical shape or the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】膝を内側・外側に押し出そうと働く曲げモーメント対応でき、歩行の際の脚の曲げ伸ばしに支障が少ない、変形性膝関節症矯正兼歩行補助具を提供する。【解決手段】膝関節部分に作用する曲げモーメントに対応すべく、上腿部装着部品10と下腿部装着部品20を挟持し相互に滑動・回転可能にする回転機構に「はとめ型回転機構30」を採用した。また、はとめ型回転機構のはとめ筒状部分の内側空間を利用して鍔付き円筒を取替可能に嵌合して、はとめ型回転機構の回転とは別個の動きを可能にし、鍔付き円筒の鍔部分で膝関節側部を押えることにした。さらに、はとめ内側板状部分と鍔付き円筒の鍔との間隙に取替自在な間隔保持部品を設け、矯正が進んでも間隔保持部品を交換するだけで補助具がそのまま継続使用できるようにした。また、膝関節の転がり回転する回転系に対処すべく、はとめ型回転機構のはとめ筒状部分の内径相当の形状を長円等の形状とした。【選択図】図2
