The rotation mechanism includes a first member including at least one magnet, and a second member including at least one magnet. The first member and the second member define a space therebetween. The articulation mechanism is disposed in mechanical cooperation with the handle assembly and effects articulation of the end effector. The articulation mechanism includes a plurality of tendons. Each tendon extends longitudinally through the space between the first member and the second member of the rotation mechanism.
