PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifogging resin composition excellent in initial antifogging property and antifogging persistence, good in transparency and free from stickiness, and an antifogging film formed from the same, an agricultural antifogging film in particular. SOLUTION: This antifogging resin composition comprises a copolymer (III) comprising an olefinic resin segment (I) and a vinylic (co)polymer segment (II) obtained by (co)polymerizing at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, alkyl acrylates and alkyl methacrylates, and a surfactant. The antifogging film is obtained by forming the antifogging resin composition into a film.
