PURPOSE:To obtain a chlorine-contg. resin compsn,. suitable for use in the production of an agricultural film, by incorporating a tertiary phosphate and a primary or secondary phosphate in a chlorine-contg. resin. CONSTITUTION:A compd. of formula I and a compd. of formula II or III are blended with a chlorine-contg. resin. In these formulas, R1-R6 are each alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, substd. aryl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl, cycloalkyl, a group of formula IV (wherein R7 is alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, substd. aryl, alkylaryl, arylalkyl; n is 2, 3; m>=1). The compd. of formula I is used in a quantity of 0.1-10pts.wt and the compd. of formula II or III is used in a quantity of 0.001-5pts.wt.
