This invention relates to a stabilized solution based on active ingredients, to a method for preparing the same and to a pharmaceutical composition based thereon. According to the invention, the stabilized solution comprises,1...50 mg/ml hyaluronic acid and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, 0.01...10 mg/ml decametoxin and/or a water-soluble salt thereof, 1...60 mg/ml stabilizer and, up to 1 ml, water. The method, as claimed by the invention, consists in dissolving in water two active ingredients and the stabilizer and stirring the resulting mixture to obtain a homogeneous solution. The claimed composition contains the stabilized solution and a pharmaceutically acceptable additive.Invenţia se referă la o soluţie stabilizată cu acţiune terapeutică, bazată pe substanţe active, la o metodă de preparare şi la o compoziţie farmaceutică pe baza acesteia. Soluţia conform invenţiei cuprinde 1...50 mg/ml acid hialuronic şi/sau sarea acceptabilă farmaceutic a acestuia, 0,01...10 mg/ml decametoxină şi/sau sarea solubilă în apă a acesteia, 1...60 mg/ml un stabilizator, şi până la 1 ml apă. Metoda conform invenţiei constă în dizolvarea în apă a două substanţe active şi a stabilizatorului, şi amestecarea mixturii rezultate pentru a obţine o soluţie omogenă.
