The present invention provides a combination of a type II protein arginine methyltransferase (type II PRMT) inhibitor with an immunomodulator, wherein the immunomodulator is an anti-OX40 antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof. The invention also relates to treating a cancer in a human in need thereof by administering a combination of a type II PRMT inhibitor and an immunomodulator with at least one of a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent. Including a method of treating cancer in a human being in need thereof, wherein the immunomodulatory agent is an anti-OX40 antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof.
