The present invention relates to a device for supporting computer-aided diagnosis capable of providing a computer-aided diagnosis result through medical image analysis. The device for supporting the computer-aided diagnosis according to one embodiment comprises an analysis unit and an interface unit. The analysis unit detects an original lesion area by analyzing a medical image and generates a lesion area candidate group for the detected original lesion area.
