The oxygen generating and vaporizing system (200) comprises: an air inlet device (210), an oxygen generator (220), a vaporizer (240), and an air discharge device (230). The air inlet device (210), oxygen generator (220), vaporizer (240), and gas discharge device (230) are connected to each other in that order. The oxygen generator (220) comprises: a casing (221). Provided within the casing (221) are an air compressor (222) and an oxygen separator (223). An air inlet of the air compressor (222) communicates with the air inlet device (210), and an air outlet communicates with the oxygen separator (223). Air passes through the air inlet device (210) and enters the air compressor (222). The air compressor (222) compresses the air, and the air then enters the oxygen separator (223). The oxygen separator (223) separates oxygen from the air and directs the oxygen into a vaporizer (240). A vaporized gas with high oxygen concentration is then discharged from the gas discharge device (230). The oxygen generating and vaporizing system (200) allows an exercising user to absorb a vaporized drug to achieve a therapeutic goal while breathing in sufficient oxygen at the same time to prevent anoxia.
