The present invention addresses the problem of providing a means for aseptically separating a suspending medium from a suspension. Provided is a tool equipped with at least: a hollow fiber-type separator for separating a liquid A from a suspension, which has an inlet port and an outlet port through both of which the suspension is allowed to pass, and also has at least one discharge port through which the separated liquid A is to be discharged, wherein each of the inlet port and the outlet port leads into the inside of a hollow fiber and the discharge port leads into the outside of the hollow fiber; an aseptically connecting connector which is connected to the inlet port of the hollow fiber-type separator and through which a bag containing the suspension is to be aseptically connected under a non-sterilized environment; a fluid drainage bag which is connected to the discharge port of the hollow fiber-type separator and in which the separated liquid A is to be stored; and a collection bag which is connected to the inlet port or the outlet port of the hollow fiber-type separator and in which a suspending medium having the liquid A separated therefrom is to be stored.本發明之課題在於提供一種用以自懸濁液中將懸濁介質無菌分離之方法。本發明提供一種至少具備以下之器具:中空纖維型分離器,其係用以自懸濁液中將液A分離者,且具備通向中空纖維內側且用以使懸濁液通過之入口及出口、及通向中空纖維外側且用以將分離所得之液A排出之至少一個排出口;無菌連接器,其係連結於中空纖維型分離器之入口,且用以將包含懸濁液之袋於非滅菌環境下無菌連接;排液袋,其係連結於中空纖維型分離器之排出口,且用以貯存分離所得之液A;及回收袋,其係連結於中空纖維型分離器之入口或出口,且用以貯存將液A分離所得之懸濁質媒。
