PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for transmitting voice and providing cool wind as seen in sport watching and a refuge where a watcher has a megaphone with one hand and a fan with the other hand and a person who has difficulty in hearing is talking putting his/her hand to his/her ear.SOLUTION: Two material sheets are cut in a megaphone shape.
