PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost plate-like sound-absorbing member.
SOLUTION: The body of sound-absorbing member 300, which is a plate sound absorbing member used in an oxygen compressing unit, includes a compressor for compressing material air an absorbing tower in which high-density oxygen is separated and emitted from the compressed material air and the section 210 of a compressor case 200 for covering the compressor. The plate-like sound-absorbing member is constituted of a base material layer which consists of a polymer fiber, and a polymer film layer, and it has a cubic shape which covers the compressor and forms a space, between the plate-like sound-absorbing member itself and the inner face of a case of the section 210, when it is arranged inside the section 210.
