PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawl apparatus which easily adjusts the amount of supply and drain in a crawl main body and has a cover member hardly separating from an opening part, and to provide a ship provided with the crawl apparatus.SOLUTION: A crawl apparatus comprises a crawl main body, a scupper 24 provided in the crawl main body, and a cover member 27 assembled to the scupper 24 so as to permit position adjustment. The cover member 27 includes a supply and drain port 27d and changes the amount of supply water or drain water in accordance with a position of the supply and drain port 27d for a circumferential surface of the scupper 24.
