A method of obtaining a substitute for food products, including: grinding one or more types of meat to obtain meat mass; mixing one or more types of flour to obtain a powder mixture; mixing meat mass and powder mixture to obtain a dough; and extruding the dough with a mechanical shear energy in the range of about 50 kJ / kg to about 500 kJ / kg and at a temperature in the range of about 60 ° C to about 120 ° C to produce a food substitute. 2.
