The invention relates to a silver complex, to the use thereof for an anti-bacterial health or hygiene product and to the product comprising said complex. The silver complex comprises: ionic silver, a compound A selected from all purines and thiolated compounds, and a compound B selected from all xanthenes. According to the invention, compound A and the ionic silver are provided in the complex in a molar ratio of between 1/2 and 2/1. The invention is suitable for the production of dressings.Le complexe dargent comprend : - de largent ionique, - un composé A choisi dans lensemble des purines et des composés thiolés, - un composé B choisi dans lensemble des xanthènes, - le composé A et largent ionique étant, dans le complexe, dans un rapport molaire de 1/2 à 2/1.
