The present invention provides a sporoderm-breaking method for ganoderma sporepowder, and products obtained by the same, including ganoderma spore powderfoodand beverage. The sporoderm-breaking method comprises the following steps:puttingganoderma spore powder into water and then performing a sporoderm-breakingtreatment. The sporoderm-breaking method for ganoderma spore powder providedbythe present invention can significantly improve the sporoderm-broken rate ofganoderma spore powder, can reserve the active components in the ganodermasporepowder raw material to the largest extent, has the advantages of simpleoperation andeasy implementation and will not introduce any new impurities, so that thepurity ofthe sporoderm-broken ganoderma spore powder is ensured. In addition, thesporoderm-breaking method provided by the present invention can facilitate thelong-term storage of the ganoderma spore powder raw material. The activecomponents of ganoderma spore powder can be quickly released as long as theganoderma spore powder is decocted with water for 15 to 20 mM when in use.
