The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a water-soluble solid bathing agent capable of providing bathing effects such as fatigue relief, skin cleanness, skin care, etc., and capable of improving visual beauty. The manufacturing method comprises: (a) a step of preparing the base material of the water-soluble bathing agent, which comprises 46-61 wt% of sodium hydrogen carbonate, 25-30 wt% of citric acid, 10-15 wt% of corn starch, 1-3 wt% of rice bran oil, 1-2 wt% of glycerin, 1-2 wt% of purified water, 0.5-1 wt% of a dye, and 0.5-1 wt% of perfume； (b) a step of preparing the decorative material of the water-soluble bathing agent, which comprises: 97-99 wt% of a water-soluble starch extracted from a plant and 1-3 wt% of a dye； (c) a step of preparing an adhesive by kneading a mixture of 70-85 wt% of sugar powder and 15-30 wt% of water； (d) a step of making the base of the water-soluble bathing agent by molding and drying the base material from step (a) after putting the base material in a mold； (e) a step of making a decoration for the water-soluble bathing agent by drying the decorative material from step (b) after making the decorative material into a desired shape manually or using a mold； and (f) a step of bonding the decoration from step (e) to the base from step (d) using the adhesive from step (c).본 발명은 피로회복, 피부청결, 피부미용 등의 목욕효과와 아울러 시각 미 및 심미감을 높여줄 수 있도록 한 목욕용 수용성 고체 입욕제 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, a) 탄산수소나트륨 46-61중량%, 구연산 25-30중량%, 콘스타치 10-15중량%, 미강유 1-3중량%, 글리세린 1-2중량%, 정제수 1-2중량%, 염료 0.5-1중량%, 향료 0.5-1중량%의 조성비를 수용성 입욕제베이스 원료를 마련하는 단계； b) 식물로부터 추출된 수용성녹말 97-99중량%, 염료 1-3중량%의 조성비를 갖는 입욕제장식구 원료를 마련하는 단계； c) 슈가파우더 70-85중량%, 물 15-30중량%의 비율로 혼합하고 반죽하여 접착제를 마련하는 단계； d) 상기 a)의 입욕제베이스 원료를 성형 틀에 넣고 성형하고 건조하여 입욕제베이스를 만드는 단계； e) 상기 b)의 입욕제장식구 원료를 수작업 또는 성형 틀을 이용하여 원하는 형상으로 만들고 건조하여 입욕제장식구를 만드는 단계； f) 상기 d)의 입욕제베이스에 상기 e)의 입욕제장식구를 상기 c)의 접착제를 이용하여 접착하는 단계； 를 포함한다.
