PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrition composition which has low viscosity, in which a special extrusion power such as a bare hand, a pressurizer or the like is not required and administration can be performed by free fall, further staying time in stomach is long, and which is effective for diarrhea or controlling rapid blood sugar increase.SOLUTION: The enteral nutrition composition includes a soybean origin protein and has a viscosity of 50-500 mPa s. The enteral nutrition composition includes 1.2-7.0 g of the soybean origin protein per energy 100 kcal of the enteral nutrition composition, and the proportion of the soybean origin protein is desirably at least 40 wt.% based on all proteins in the enteral nutrition composition.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】低粘度で、素手や加圧装置などの特別な押し出し力を必要とすることなく自然落下で投与することができる経腸栄養組成物であって、しかも胃における滞留時間が長く、下痢や摂取後の急激な血糖上昇の抑制に対して有効な栄養組成物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】大豆由来たんぱく質を含有し、粘度が50~500mPa・sである経腸栄養組成物を提供する。前記経腸栄養組成物のエネルギー100kcal当たり、大豆由来たんぱく質を1.2~7.0g含有し、かつ前記経腸栄養組成物中の全たんぱく質に対する大豆由来たんぱく質の割合が40重量%以上であることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
