PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller capable of effectively utilizing an input port.
SOLUTION: The controller determines (S1) whether or not there is a presence of "L" input to the input port during driving in the storage direction of a lifter, stops (S3) a lifter drive motor in confirming of "L" input, and waits (S4) until the lifter is developed and operated. When the development is actuated and operated, the controller drives (S5) the lifter to the lifter development direction by reversing the lifter drive motor for a certain time, and determines (S6) whether or not "L" signal is changed to "H" signal. When it has been already changed to the "H" signal, the controller determines (S7) that the "L" signal to be input is the input from a tape switch, and continues (S8) the drive to the lifter development direction for a certain time. When the "L" signal is not changed, the controller determines (S9) that the "L" signal is the input from a buckle switch, and stops (S10) the lifter drive motor.
