PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist sauna apparatus capable of creating a mist sauna atmosphere of suitable temperature and humidity while leaving a mist in a room.SOLUTION: A series of air duct structures having an opening leading into a room and another opening leading into the same room are constituted in a box body. A circulating blower forming an air current flowing from one opening toward the other opening is built in the air duct structure. The air duct structure downstream of the circulating blower includes an atomizing means of variable atomizing capacity for atomizing and diffusing water, and the air duct structure downstream of the atomizing means includes an electric heating means of variable capacity for heating the air current flowing through that part.
