The invention relates to a composition for use in the treatment and/or prevention of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). The invention is characterized in that it comprises a pollen extract containing an aqueous pollen extract obtained from a plant mixture belonging to the Poaceae and Pinaceae families, an aqueous extract of plant seeds belonging to the genus Cucurbita and of vitamin E or its esters for the use thereof in the treatment and/or prevention of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) associated with the filling, urination and/or post-urination phases in women.L'invention concerne une composition pour son utilisation dans le traitement et/ou la prévention des symptômes du bas appareil urinaire (SBAU). L'invention se caractérise en ce qu'elle comprend un extrait de pollen contenant un extrait aqueux de pollen obtenu à partir d'un mélange de plantes appartenant à la famille des Pinacées et des Poacées, un extrait aqueux de graines de plante(s) appartenant au genre Cucurbita et de la vitamine E ou ses esters pour son utilisation dans le traitement et/ou la prévention des symptômes du bas appareil urinaire (SBAU) associés aux phases de remplissage, de miction et/ou de post-miction chez la femme.
