To provide a medical diagnostic imaging device which can decrease an examination time and a labor hour of an operator and to relieve physical and mental burden of a subject and additionally to suppress mental burden of a female subject.
SOLUTION: The medical diagnostic imaging device includes: a bed 2A which has a top board 2a ON which the subject M is placed, a support frame 23 which is movably arranged in a housing frame 21 and supports the top board 2a, a support roller 24 which is arranged in the housing frame 21 and supports the top board 2a and a first load detector 25 which is arranged between the top board 2a and the support frame 23 and a second load detector 26 which is arranged between the support roller 24, and the housing frame 21 and a means for finding the weight of the subject M by calculating the difference in load by presence and absence of the subject M by using a first load and a second load which are detected with the subject M not being placed ON the top board 2a and a first load and a second load which are detected with the subject M being placed ON the top board 2a.
