The present invention relates to a handle structure for a wheelchair, the handle structure including: a foldable frame having a saddle； driving wheels rotatably mounted to both ends of the frame and having a driving wheel handle； auxiliary wheels disposed in front of the frame to assist the driving wheels； and handles mounted to both sides of a rear portion of the frame, and having a vertical portion and a horizontal portion which are bent at a right angle, so that a user drives the handle by their hands to move forward and backward. The horizontal portion of the handle is divided into a stationary frame and a rotatable frame, and a connecting portion between the stationary frame and the rotatable frame is provided with a rotating member for rotating the rotatable frame. Both handles of the wheelchair are operated in all directions through the rotating member and a rotatable member, depending upon physical circumstance and surrounding circumstance of a guardian, so that the guardian can easily move the wheelchair in a wanted direction.본 발명은 휠체어의 손잡이 구조에 관한 것으로서, 안장이 구비되고 절첩가능하게 구성되는 프레임； 상기 프레임의 양측단에 회전 가능하게 장착되고 구동휠 손잡이가 구비된 구동휠； 상기 프레임의 전방에 배치되고 상기 구동휠을 보조하는 보조휠； 및 상기 프레임의 후방 양측에 각각 장착되고, 수직부와 수평부가 직각형상으로 절곡형성되며, 사용자가 수동으로 구동시켜 전·후진 작동시키는 손잡이；를 포함하되, 상기 손잡이의 수평부는 고정 프레임과 회전 프레임으로 분리구성되고, 상기 고정 프레임과 회전 프레임의 연결부분에는 상기 회전 프레임의 회전작동을 위하여 회전수단이 장착된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 휠체어 형성된 양측의 손잡이를 회전수단과 회동수단을 통해 보호자의 신체환경 및 주변환경에 따라 상, 하, 좌, 우로 작동시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그에 따라 보호자가 휠체어를 원하는 방향으로 용이하게 이동시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
