The present invention relates to a new Lactobacillus plantarum strain KCC-32 (KACC92135P) and a composition using the same. Specifically, the present invention provides a composition for suppressing the generation of various fats, as a probiotic composition by using activation of suppressing the fat generation of Lactobacillus plantarum KCC-32 (KACC92135P). Desirably, the present invention provides a microorganism additive for manufacturing whole-crop barley silage. A plant silage manufactured by using the strain according to the present invention can improve the quality of stock by suppressing the generation of unnecessary fats of the stock.
