Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft pharmazeutische Darreichungsformen, die geeignet sind, die Freisetzung von Cinnarizin und damit dessen Bioverfügbarkeit - selbst bei geringem Flüssigkeitsangebot im Magen-Darm-Trakt - zu verbessern. Erfindungsgemäß sind auch ein Herstellungsverfahren für solche Darreichungsformen und deren Verwendungen. Ein Aspekt dieser Erfindung betrifft außerdem eine Partikelmatrix, die wesentlich zum erfindungsgemäßen Effekt beiträgt. Der erfindungsgemäße Erfolg besteht in einer deutlich verbesserten Löslichkeit des Wirkstoffes Cinnarizin. Außerdem führt die Partikelmatrix in der Darreichungsform zu einer sehr guten Lagerstabilität, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Partikelgröße.
