Erfindungsgemäß sind auch ein Herstellungsverfahren für solche Darreichungsformen und deren Verwendungen. Ein Aspekt dieser Erfindung betrifft außerdem eine Partikelmatrix, die wesentlich zum erfindungsgemäßen Effekt beiträgt.Der erfindungsgemäße Erfolg besteht in einer deutlich verbesserten Löslichkeit des Wirkstoffes Cinnarizin. Außerdem führt die Partikelmatrix in der Darreichungsform zu einer sehr guten Lagerstabilität, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Partikelgröße.
