PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing device and a medical image processing method that can prevent diagnosis from being obstructed while deleting information that can lead to personal specification or identification from a medical image.SOLUTION: A medical image processing device includes an image acquisition unit for acquiring a medical image of a subject and an image processing unit for generating a second medical image by subjecting the medical image to predetermined image processing.
