The invention relates to a device for improving and simplifying its use, consisting in a single block of a rigid plastic shell (1) including a portion of the bulb of the Enema (2) provided with its suction / ejection valves (4) with below a water tank (5) accommodating the lower hose of the Enema (7). The water thus sucked is directed towards the ear to be treated via a nozzle (8) integrally attached to the upper part of the shell (1) by a screw thread (3), bent at ninety degrees in look of the ear and provided on its long axis a tray (10) for collecting the water from the treated ear and which by its dimensions and positions prevents its rounded end and not hurtful gets too deep in the auditory canal.
