The invention relates to devices for passive therapeutic exercise and can be used for spine relief in people whose work, leisure or travel involves prolonged sitting. The spine relief device comprises a girdle with an adjustable fastener and straps attached rigidly to said girdle for arrangement on a chair back, each of which straps is equipped with an element for adjusting the length thereof. An essential feature of the invention is that the straps are detachable and the elements for adjusting the length of the strap are in the form of tension adjuster grips and are situated at the strap detachment point, wherein a catch for attachment level with or below the level of the chair seat is arranged at the end of each strap. A further essential feature is that a flexible pad is arranged in the lower part on the inside of the girdle. The technical result is that of expanding the possibility of adjusting the effect, optimizing the distribution of forces acting on the spine, providing more efficient spine relief and increasing the ease of use.Linvention se rapporte aux dispositifs de gymnastique curative passive et peut être utilisée pour soulager la colonne vertébrale chez les gens dont le travail, le repos ou le transport sont liés à de longues périodes en position assise.
